slingshot dragsters?

Hi, my brother and i are toying with the idea of building a slingshot dragster. I've got an old 289 and a powerglide sitting around, as well as, an already narrowed 9" housing. Has anyone built one, and if so what do i need to know? thanks

Go for it.
Go to Mark Williams Enterprises, Inc. in Louisville, CO. 303-665-6901. They have plans to build NHRA leagal frames, and every thing in between. I got a pinion coupler for a power glide to a Olds rear from them. They are the guys!
