Search results no longer in chronological order

Why are the search results no longer in chronological order (newest on top)? They always used to be. Maybe I'm the only one that noticed :rolleyes:

heh... I dunno... It looks like they are showing most relevant first now?

I noticed that also --- and even tried the 'Advanced Search' function.
You can select 'Sort Results by - Last Posting Date', but that doesn't work either...
(at least in Descending order - newest post first)

I've noticed it since the major change. Would love some pointers on how to keep it chronological. I use it everyday and don't really like to hunt after I search.
