I'm still waiting on my regulators to come in to start using this thing. I'm wondering how well it is really going to cut sheetmetal (16-20 ga.)? How much is it going to warp?

Thanks
Will Vaughan

Welds like a dream. I'll never weld sheet metal with a MIG again. Don't wait til Xmas! Buy the #.5 tip the #0 is a little small for 18 ga, the #1 is slightly big.

I got my 0.5 tip from Rob for free by filling out a survey card. (Although I could be wrong: the 0.5 tip may have come with the kit, and the 1.5 came after filling out the card.) The variety of tips is one of the best features of the Henrob.

Thanks for the info. guys. I will keep you updated on my experience with my new rig. I just got a new scanner so maybe I can update with pics. too. In the other post on the board I didn't read much about how it cut thin material. Maybe it will work good enough I can talk my best freind into spending his money on a new air compressor instead of a plasma cutter.
Thanks
