searching a name

I tried to do a search on a name today...Jim Green...I got a ton of posts with Jim or green and a couple of Jim Green. I then tried to do a search like this
"Jim Green" thinking that would only show posts with the whole name...no go.
Any hints on searching a two word name that eliminates all the crap ones?
