Taking this to pomona next weekend

hauling this 48 chop top --- 1700 miles to pomona next weekend.leaving this monday morning. stopping at gene winfields to pick up some carson tops for my 49 mercs on the way. WE will have this coupe in the car coral at pomona for sale....stop bye and say hello.will be there saturday and sunday....any other car shows on saturday nite in los angeles????

Ray, if I'm not mistaken, Fuddrucker's (a local restaurant not too far from Pomona) is still going on. It's a local cruise but they generally turn out lots of cars. I'm old and can't quite remember the exact address so if any other Angelenos are reading this, how about directions?

Say Ray...I was just up near Pomona on Monday picking up a new rear window for my 50 Merc. The place is in Ontario just a couple miles East of Pomona on I-60. 440hudson is the Bob in "Bob's Glass" and he has some good buys on all types new of vintage car glass. If you're going to be so close you could save some bucks on shipping if you picked it up right there. If I see you at the swap I'll stop by and say hi...Chuck
