Hello. I visited HAMB many times. Time to join. I'm glad to be here. There are so many ideas and so much knowledge here, this is the place. I'm retired and have no adult supervision. I live near the dam at Canyon Lake, between San Antonio & Austin, TX. I've been a gearhead all of my life. I like all engines! I just like some a lot more. The engines that stand out to me are, all Chrysler Hemi's, 348/409's, straight 8 Buicks. The first time I saw a Model A coupe was in high school. It had a 265 Chevy and stock brakes. It ran, it really ran, but didn't stop so good. I've wanted a Model A Coupe since then, except,... with a different engine and some brakes. That was 1965. I've been collecting a few parts for a while now and I'm finally getting started on the 1930 Model A coupe & 354 Hemi. This place has,...answers, ideas, & parts, glad to be here ! Thanks !
