Hi Guys.
Sorry for the off topic post, but, father in law is in desperate need of a supplier for some hydraulic lines for his vintage (1968) CASE tractor. Or someone that can make one up from a pattern. Nor Cal area if possible.
Thanks in advance.

I was in my local NAPA auto parts store today and they had a big sign that reads: "We make hydraulic hoses" hanging behind the counter...
I live in Gustine, which ain't close, but ain't too far either... But seeings how this area is still all agricutlure, I'm guessing they're not doing alot of hoses for juiced Impalas... So the tractor thing would probably be right up their alley.
We might even be able to do a little HAMB relay with the product next time I'm coming over the hill for something...
If you want, I'll get the details on what they need from you in order to make your hose... You should probably PM me or e-mail me in case I forget to look for your reply in this post.

One reason I have International, generic hoses. Case and probably others fell into "special" threads, maybe around the time the CK (construction king) models came out. Take one to a hosemaker and try it for compatability.
And royal brass is a good connection to have, they have a short adapter available to change to generic. I used a late model CK that hoses were a dealer only item, 70 mile city trip, not good.
Truck garage, farm equipment dealers usually have parts and press/crimp machine to make them up.
When one go's from weather/rot, they are all ready to change. If the outside still look's good the inside can be coming apart, look for blisters on the outside skin.

Do a search on "the parker store" Parker makes all kinds of hydralic hoses and can make one while you wait.
Had to do it for a tractor/trailer project at work once.

They probably have that stuff in stock at Blains Farm and Fleet......course I realize BF&F might be a regional thing only....guess if you want farm equipmet parts living in the middle of Iowa is a good thing........cause generally it sucks.
