New guy from Arizona

Hello everyone, I've been reading alot on here for a few months now and finally registered. I have never really worked on these king of cars and really know almost nothing. I am currenty serving over seas in Afghanistan with the US Army but will be comming home for my mid tour in 5 days. I own a 1949 Chevy coupe not sure the body style i just bout it 4 moths ago and already have room full of part waitng to put on. I really hope this site can help me meet new people and get help with my project. Thank Guys!

Hey neighbor - I'm just over in Chandler. I used to have a '49 Chevy coupe back in the mid 80's. It was a medium green color. I was running the original drivetrain in it. I still remember the road trip from South Carolina up to OH. Lost the trans somewhere in West VA but got some help and got her home the next day.
