Hello all, the name's GoBettie or Bebe (bee bee) whichever you prefer. Been lurking for a while now, and finally decided to introduce myself. I'm in Ventura County, CA. Have always had a love for cars and the smell of grease and gasoline. Come from a family of car lovers. Little Bro, TikiDiablo, is a fellow HAMBER. As a matter of fact, he threatened me to introduce myself or get off the HAMB, so I've come out to play... Am limited in my knowledge, but have the heart to learn. So I'm hoping to learn lots here and make some new friends. I own a '62 Ranchero. It's my daily driver and work in progress.
:rolleyes:GoBettie.....go!

Welcome aboard! You inspired me to join the ranks also! My husband, ReitzRods, joined last night. I thought I'd be content to just poke around as a guest, or help him post threads. (He's not the most cyber-savvy person, but when it comes to the real stuff, he's awesome...can fix anything!) After reading your newbie post, I thought it would be neat to connect w/ other female motorheads. My employees at work have dubbed me Redneck Motorhead, and I have finally decided they are absolutely right. I found out they actually make jewelry for women like me! Motorhead Jewelry! I'm hoping I get a set of V8 engine earrings for Christmas.
