Hey there HAMBistas,
as you can tell from my handle, my name is Matt and I take Snaps for a living.
My ride is a 54 Lincoln Capri 2dr Hdtp, slowly being turned into a mild custom/hotrod Lincoln...and by that I mean show, but with go too.
I bought it ages ago off another HAMBer (Redranch) and kept it in the states where I used it when working, but finally brought it back to Blighty in 2001....then it languished in a lock up while life happened.....you know the stuff, houses, divorce etc....anyway now out on the UK's east coast and starting to turn it into the car I always dreamt of.
Not that parts are that easy to come by here, but then thats what E-bay and this forum is for eh?
Oh and yes, I know it has to go lower...airbags or bust.
It runs a 351W & C4 which I have plans for circa 400BHP and yes its on Cross Ply/Bias Ply whitewalls.
Ideas and details for it are free to enquirers and it'll have a wild metalflake roof, just in the stock colours.
Looking forward to picking the collective brains of all you gear heads.
Until later,
Matt
