Hi All!
I'm Gav and I found the H.A.M.B while trying to find out some stuff about my Merc. There's only a few 49-51 Mercs in England so I hope to pick your brains in the future as I'm sure you guys will know plenty!
Cheers!
Gav.

Hi Gav, I used to own an original Black 50 Merc coupe in London but sold it many years ago to some Dutch guys (who then chopped it). I know of another 50 Merc that's been a running resto/project car for many years.
This is my current 50 Merc, still over in LA and being worked on...maybe one day I'll get around to finishing it...

Feel free to ask any questions and I'll help where I can.
Cheers

I know these cars are quite rare in Europe. This makes it even more special.
Do you know its history?

Doen't matter where you are from, Mercs and Monarchs are tough to beat, from cool colours to body mods to cruisers.

Hey Gav,
cool ride.
Redranch knows a thing or two about those jalopys, and has owned a load of 50's iron over the years...my Lincoln is an ex redranch car. There's loads on here for all kinds of customs and hotrods.
The one he refers to as a rolling project is well known on the scene and the owner Mick has a lot of knowledgeable friends too.
Then there's planet voodoo Lance McCormacks (Romance of Rust) merc...There was an article in Octane Mag from just over a year ago that had that car featured....worth a look. I can scan and e-mail it to you if you like. Welcome aboard.
