It took forever for me to get my brush from them, I don't remember exactly how long though. I wouldn't say I was burned but I'll be shopping elsewhere next time.

I've met Tony, several times, and I'm very sure he is not trying to rip you off.
If you can't find a phone number on pinstriper.com,
go into the links and look on his personal site.
I'm sure there is a number there.
He has another buisness striping full time,pinstriper.com is a side line.
Waiting 1 month does seem like plenty of time for your stuff to arrive.
Call him and see what happens.

Ive been there and after a month, i called and emaied to see what was up and he said "oh i should get the rest of the stuff in next week to ship out" i said dont worry about it id like to cancel my order (it was about 125$) he called me and was nasty as hell on the phone, talking about all kinda of stuff like how this is an acceptable shipping time, etc. etc. i just threw in the towel and wont order from him. he just seemed like a big dick on the phone.
also, he got all pissy on his messsage board because someone put a link to lazerlines.com or somethin gin a post. got his panties in a bunch, his board, his rules though i guess. what sucks is someone once posted about a good brush they found, and i went to check when i got home and it was deleted i guess because tony didnt carry it.
if tony doesnt cary it, it seems like he likes to "hide" things on the board a lot. and now the board has so many popups and banners, its hard to navigate. I have to admit ill never ever order from them again, but i do check theboard as its not the rest of the people on the boards fault.
Ive used lazerlines and after a month didnt get my order. called and they said they send it out, but would resend a new order. I got it, then a month or two later. I got the FIRST one with a sticker from the PO that said "gound in cargo" or something to that affect. I called lazerlines to actually send the brushes back, being a good samaitan that i am, and tried to contact them, but never got a response, so i still have the brushes....the 1 time i actually listend the the little white prick no the 1 side of my shoulder!

Believe it or not he or someone emailed me just today saying that I should get my order by tommorow that is was sent out Priority!! I never recieved a response to my first two emails then all the sudden I post on the H.A.M.B. and I get a response! Go figure.
Maybe there is some influence here good or bad.
Thanks all for the help, I hope I actually get the brush in the mail instead of smoke up my ass!
Rob I think you referred that site to me!! Thanks a lot! Got any other good ideas for me! Jk.

I sent you a PM with Tony's phone number.
Hang onto it until everything is settled.
He doesn't make any of the stuff he sells,it all comes from outside vendors.
So everything might not be in stock 24/7.
But it would be nice to get your stuff in a reasonable amount of time.

I just got it in the mail yesterday! Nothing for over a month and it shows up quick once I posted here about it. Thanks for the info anyway.

......I've ordered stuff from Tony on 4 occasions with no problem. I have seen complaints and have found out that although he has a nice web site, it isn't a big company.........it's a one man operation.
He got some new striping brushes in and I ordered and got them right away. Later, people complained that they had ordered and hadn't gotten there's. Turns out that he had sold out of the first batch, reordered and had to wait for them from the vendor. Not making excuses, but I am sure that badmouthing him here on the HAMB had nothing to do with you getting your order. You're not happy with the service, don't deal with him again.........
