I was just walking down the street and heard all this commotion behind the door, so I opened it, and it was you guys! Seriously, I am a 61 year old traveling blues musician, ( I had a former life as a culinary school trained chef, but thats over now. Still cook for the family, though!), living 15 minutes from downtown Memphis, the world famous Beale St.on the Arkansas side of the river.I play blues on Beale St. and all over America, about 250 times a year. Bass is my instrument. I enjoy short track racing, vintage drags, and salt flat cars, hot rods,street rods, and muscle cars. I love building scale models of vintage race cars, tow trucks, haulers, etc. I'm just an old guy that likes old stuff. I found your forum by a link from my model car forum and am still enjoying the vintage pictures! Doubt if I'll post too much, as I don't know much, or have a cool car, and at this point in my life, probably won't. But I like to look, read, and learn. Hope you let me hang around.
