As work on Slick continues, I finally have got around to a little body work. roblably the only I'll do till it's on the road. But I had to do the cab corners cause I could see the ground!
Funny the cab corners were rottd clear away, and yet the floorboards are perfect. Anyway here is what I started with:

SO, where's all the pictures in between? Did you weld in patches or just bondo the hole shut with a cardboard backer? Looks like some nice work, let us in on all the details. Gene

I think he must have shot the last photo back in the mid-60's, then shot the rusty one this weekend.

Spray on fix,,,boy wouldn't that be great! No its a corner patch panel. The previous owner had bought patches for both corners but had never but them on. Since they came with the truck I don't know where they came from, but they fit like shit. Had alot of hammer dolly work to get them right.
Then when the welding and grinding was done I skinned the area with bondo and shot it with Orielly Red Primer.
I should be able to shoot the the other side today.
