Well I've been lurking for awhile and posting a few on various threads, but haven't introduced myself yet as I had nothing to introduce... Now I think I do... Plus I need your help in deciding drivetrain. Please post your response as to what I should do drivetrain wise. Body will be mild custom, interior mild custom..

My name is Jay, I live in Central Louisiana, Pineville to be exact. I am in the process of purchasing a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetline Aero from Patrick 66 on here. Money should be in his hands by the weekend and the car stored at a friend of mines shop for partial of the winter. The car already has been Nova subframed and rear suspension upgrade...

I recently purchased my house and while I have plenty of utilitarian space none really useful for working on cars. I have 2 12x24 ahearn portable buildings, one to become my woodshop and the other machine shop or tool shop as I am not a machinst. There is an old 1 car garage that will stay for nostalgia reasons. I'll be adding a 20 x 25 shop to the front of it. The hope is to use the materials there plus any other freebies that I can find, I'll be posting the shop build on our sister site GJ!

I'll start a new thread with info on the '48 as soon as it's in my possession, but I will start posting for misc parts I'll need as soon as I get inventory...

Thanks for listening to me ramble...
