Please someone post Don Antonellis chopped 54 with a 56 hardtop roof that was built by Cove Customs out of Hillside N.J. in 57. The car was ice blue and was on the cover of Rodding And Restyling with extended quarters w 52 Lincoln taillights

The front is a 55 Pontiac bumper, the rear bumper is a Olds grill, the headlights need work, this drawing has modern lights, but I have not decided yet. Also the roof will not be that low.

question bout the yeller one, how did yah eliminate the sunvalley side trim that goes from post to roof, did you use the sunliner trim?

Well figured id throw my first thread out there. I have a 54 Monarch Monterey.... basically looks the same as the Merc with some different trim. Mine is a 4 dr, i was looking for an older 2 door, but found this and think it has promise. Anways heres some pics.

Shes in rough shape right now, the body is in decent shape and surprisingly doesnt have a whole lot of bad rust. Right now just trying to see if we can loosen the engine up, and ill take it from there.
