i
i thought i could use lowering blocks -but the spring and the rear mount are both curved. Anybody make one to fit? How about 53 cad dropped spindles? Fatman does not list early cad.

i just lowered my 50 chevy, prolly the same, there are kits on ebay, or online for about $80. or you can make your own, you cant buy ubolts like that, have to have them made, and make the blocks yourself.

You're right on the rear blocks-i'll grind down the kragan style to a curve or just buy 2 1/2' lower springs. Still have the front to go.

I got Jamco springs and de-arched rear leafs in my baby. Supposed to be a 3"/3" drop, but came out to more... maybe a little bit too much.

Fatman makes a kit for the front. Drop them a line.
As for the back. I have a block set up that was made for it. 2.5 lower. All said and done I'll be 2.5 lower in the rear and 4.5 lower in the front... for now.

Yeah, Jamco will do it, but with my car the drop didn't turn out level....my car ended up nose down.
