newbie trying to come up with a T plan

I would like to build a T bucket. I need to do it as low buck as possible. 2 questions:
Can a stock model T frame be used to build a T bucket?
Anybody from Pennsylvania know if its possible to get something built from scratch titled?

Glad to see you found the Hamb.......Post your questions on the main message board and you will get all sorts of info.... A stock model t frame is awfully weak and over 80 years old....do you really want to trust one under your hotrod.......
