Anyone in the Scotsdale area?

I am down in the Scotsdale, AZ for the next week. My father in law was telling me about a show at one of the malls I was just curious if any of you AZ HAMBer's go there? I am not sure of the name or if it is any good.

It's at the Scottsdale Pavillions. Good? I don't know, used to be a good show, lots of variety. I went last year sometime and what I saw was Vettes, Prowlers, Japanese bikes and a few streetrods, Hondas and p.e. (penis extension) lifted excursions, escalades, blah, blah. Doesn't strike me as a "car" guy thing anymore as much as a "look how much money I have in silly toys" thing. Good way to kill a saturday night if you have nothing else going on...

Not sure, maybe one of the other AZ Hambers can chime in, but I think, this SAT. is the Cruise on Central. That is always good for a few laughs and a general good time.

Hey Jeem. Going to the Swap?

Sat and Sun is the swap meet at Peoria Sports Complex. I think the Central Cruise is next weekend.

They banned the "Fast and Furius" cars and the lifted trucks from the Pavilians but they still shop up later. Most everyone else leaves when this happens.

Superstition Springs mall in the E valley has a cruise night Sat that is usually OK.

Tonight there is 35th and Northern and the Warner and Lindsey, I think, is where it moved for the E valley again.

usually 3-8 H.A.M.B.ers at 35th and northern every fri. nite. pavilions has gotten pretty lame lately. sat nite is also at 83 ave 1/2 mile north of union hills.

October 8 Next Saturday is cruise on Central. THAT is what you want to attend. Central Avenue, between Thomas and Osborn Roads. The parking lot of Park Central is the place where it starts(people arriving early to get their sit on), but cars and spectators go as far north as Camelback and as far south as Encanto.

Yeah, my Mom lives in Fountain Hills... used to go to pavilions alot. Occasionally there's a couple cool cars... some guy had some red oxide primered T with a flatty in it, and some other cool stuff. I think the last time I showed up, those SoWhat guys were there. They had some cool shit.

But that show on 35th is way cooler.
