I just scored these babies..they are NOS made by Hollywood Accessories of El Segundo,Ca..they appear to be from the mid to late 1960's..I thought they were cool.

Another funny thing is that race cars aren't allowed to run those or hubcaps for the fear of them becoming missels and flying into the crowd...!
