Hello all, names adam, m/c guy but gotten bit BAD by traditional rod stuff!! Got a 28 coop with hot 4banger, no ohv yet, too poor. Thinkin bout runnin mitchell od for fwy. speeds but tempted to go 255 flatty (got possible hookup)instead. Any opinions on the cooles tway to get to reliable 75mph? . just chopped 5", no channel, stock frame/tranny rearend/ big little whites on '35 wires. bout to install 4" drop drilled axle, hairpins, buick brakes, bout it for now. 40 pu is chopped cab (6") bobbed/narrowed bed, thats all i got so far. gonna use fenders from the A and stock 21" wires from the A. want to try a dually setup w 21s in rear. Gonna b goofy.

Anybody know the rarity of GRANcor aluminum heads with single fin for 255 flatty?

thanks in advance for all the help u guys are gonna have to give me, i will try not to ask too may stoopid questions, but i cant promise anything.

boydwho?

Welcome,
Try google the Grancor's. Maybe try catalogues. Mike's Sidevalve Supply here in Adelaide do 75+. Must draw that truck- Coupe too..
