owned a lot of stuff [mostly the obscure makes- I bought what I could afford] .. never met a lot of gearheads in new haven.. just rice crap
Fast foward to so called "real life"... Got married, House, 2 Jobs.. bills.. stress....lost my wife to cancer...3 yrs later, here I am... Ceaned my slate...it's just me now [for now] started reaizing that my job as a Firetruck wrench has kept my Fab skills up .EVERY Fire engine is cutom made-you cant get parts for the older ones- You MAKE stuff work!! got back into the gearhead life...decided It helps if I have a car.....I found a 67 Eldorado.& hounded Biker guy owner till he sold it to me. did a lot of work on it to get it road worthy-all minor Drivability crap.... found the MURDERCYCLES guys online, & went to the HOT ROD RIOT....WHAT A BLAST!!! there are TONS of us!!! got hooked.... Shot the eldo Black & went to the hotrod Fallout recently...Very cool people, very Swell cars..... Count me in.... I'm Glad to be part of this
