resize a pdf ....

I've been sent a flyer for our upcoming show , and i would like to resize it so i can post the bloody thing ! any tips to do it easily would be greatly appreciated .....

Or i can email it to someone who could do it for me if it aint that simple .

Well ... If anyone is interested , I ended up printing the pdf then scanned it and resized it as a jpg ... not simple but ended my frustration !
