Water coming from my tail pipe

I have water coming from my tail pipe, and my oil is kind of a milky brown color (like a chocolate shake). how do I tell if this is a blown head gasket or a cracked block?

I´m not sure, but a blown head gasket would probably pump up your cooling system...but that can also happen if the block was cracked. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I once head a cracked head and there was no water in the oil at all but the water came bubbling out on top of the radiator even when the engine was cold.
It´s hard to tell without pulling the heads I guess.

Either way, the heads have gotta come off. Just pull them off and find out.
