Been lurking on the H.A.M.B. for a while and checking out The Jalopy Journal, picking up inspiration for models of traditional rod and customs. Sadly, they're about as close as I can get anymore to owning a real car.

So it you don't mind looking at little cars instead of real ones for a moment, here's what the inspiration from here, Rodder's Journal and elsewhere's produced...

Welcome from another Philly member,

Cool models, I have a few i've had in the closet for many years, some over 20 plus years,,, Revell, AMT, . All are the plastic ones, no metal.. One was a Revell mistake, it's the 69 Vette, they had 429 cpe on the cover it should have been 427 cpe. Gotta be worth something.. And all are in the original wrappers..

They are some very nice models. I don't, but a lot of guys here build 'em.

Welcome from nearby MD. Great work on the models! I've always felt that the true measure of a real car is that when staged properly, it looks like a model and the true accomplishment with a model is that when done right, it looks like a real car. Your's sir look like REAL cars.
