Just something that my buddy and me have in mind...
We've been thinking of organising a big "Deadendcruisers car & bike show" (a weekend) at the end of next year's summer.. And maybe, organise a dragrace (for fun, not really a bigass contest) with it..
We already had the plan to invite most of the big car clubs from Europe... like the ones from Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, France, etc... And to contact as much people as possible from all over europe, who are rod 'n custom related..
I was thinking of trying to get acces to the landingstrip at the military airport where I work, to use that for the dragrace on one day of the meet.. (This has been done before)
Now my actual question was...
Since there are so many hotrodders on this board, there must be a few amongst you who have ever organized something like this, or who ever helped out at an event..
I'd like to hear: Every possible tip, complaints, what's needed, what to think of... whatever you come up with..
We already made a big list, but you never know what people come up with..
Thanks,
Maurice
