This is the last day for the Shelby on Ebay.
A feellow contacted me wanting to see the vehicle before it sells tonight. I haven't been able to find anything on him before I give the location of the car. He claims to have quite a few businesses in the area and is also into Machine and proformance goodies. Does anyone know of this guy????? Is he reputable?? I am very cautious when I get requests to give the cars location.
Thanks alot! here's his Bio.

I don't know the fellow, I don't know you either. If you want more than $1,500.00 for the car I'd want to see it before I bid on it too. Is your car real or just a decaled lookalike? We all have risk levels I've never bought anything on eBay for over $900.00. If you are worried about the fellow knowing the location, move it to another. Call the businesses he listed and ask about him if you are that worried. Just my 2 cents of advice. You could check his eBay feedback and see what he has bought in the past as well.

Boy someone got off on the wrong side of bed this morning.
And I don't know you either. Thanks for the advise, not much to go on through Ebay feedback. Can't find him through any Google searches. And yes, this one is real as said origianlly, I don't lie. Identified through the Shelby Registrar. PJ

I don't know the guy, and I live right in the city of Pittsburgh. But that doesn't mean much. We might just run in completely different circles. But still, with all he's claiming, you'd think I would have heard of him.

I looked up the phone number for Auto Color of Pittsburgh: 724-779-0040. You can call them and see if there's a Dave Caro.

So I can't say whether he's reputable or not, sorry.

Not sure on the guys credibility. But a good thing to maybe do would be arrange a good meeting locale outside its storage, and tow the vehicle there. A DMZ so to say.

Sorry I can't help. Deuce and Scratch both had good info for you.

Thanks guys for your help, Not hearing of him also helps.
Yes if this guy has so many business's you'd think someone heard of him. I called the number provided by Deuce rails. It was a car wash and they haven't heard of him. Scratched off the list of viewers http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif You won't believe the number of people who had no history and called about the location of this car.
That's alot of running around having to move the vehicle to another locale, but if they are credible, no problem.
thanks again ! Hambers are great !! PJ
