New guy, art and pinstriping

Hey, I'm new around here.

I'm a big fan of hot rods, choppers and the custom car culture. An aspiring cartoonist / illustrator with an interest in pinstriping.

I live in Seattle, WA, a recent arrival from Denver, CO. Since this is all about the gear head drive, I have a crappy 86 VW Jetta. Once upon a time I had a pretty cool flat maroon 1953 Chevrolet low rider pickup.

Also have a non functional Vespa.

One of these days I'll have a project car. It's not for lack of trying. Missed out on a pretty straight 55 Olds. I had the owner talked down to $700 bucks and then my driver got stolen and stripped and I had to pick something up quick. Should have bought a pickemup.
