With the middle of September here the racing season is about over. I would believe it would be getting underway in land down under. We have the last race in Tulsa the 26th of September and then the race the first weekend of October in KC. I will try to make both of those. I think that will be it for this year until next May. I know I will suffer from withdrawal fits this winter. I will work on the car some to try to improve it. I'll pull the pan and look at bearings and take the frontend apart and see if I can shed a few pounds. It is sad that it all went by so fast.:(Roy

NOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS BRING THAT CAR OF YOURS DOWN UNDER AND THEN YOU CAN ENJOY RACING HERE DECEMBER 7th IN SYDNEY THEN FEBRUARY 28th IN SUNNY QUEENSLAND.EVEN IF YOU DON'T BRING YOUR CAR YOU SHOULD BRING YOURSELVES.

Roy,
We finally got our car running. I'm clearing out the old parts and wanted to know if you want the old rocker shaft with rockers? They seem to be ok. If you don't want them their going in the trash. Your welcome to them if you can use them.

Ron, bring them with you to the races and I will always take parts. That is something that will always be needed. The stock rocker arms are weak and I have already ruined one set. Because of the design ( folded steel they seperate at the adjusting nut which makes them usless) they cannot be adjusted. I wish I had a Bridgeport that would be my wintertime project, a new set of aluminum rocker arms. If you weld them, you stand a good chance of melting the bronze bushing, already done that. :(Roy
