what was the paint used to paint whitewalls a while back?

I have a line on a couple 16"back tires but they are black and I was tryin to remember the post about painting white walls on a blackwall tire.....if you know and are seeing this clue me in before I get out some latex ...... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
AND.........did it work on radials as well as bias tires?

Fusion White paint. I think it is made by Krylon but not sure. I saw it at Wal-Mart yesterday.
