Last night we loaded it on a trailer to tow to his house in the Sacramento valley.This morning i get a call,he put a new battery in it and new plugs and it fired right up!! literally!! he put the phone on speaker so I could here it run..after 20 years of sitting in storage the engine has perfect compression around 150 in all 6 cylinders and excellent oil pressure,all the electrical works,I was as happy as he was!!I also hooked him up with a split manifold and some new dump tubes.This car is going to be the shit!!I will keep you posted on this build up.Hes doing the body and paint himself and has a frined in the upholstery biz,everything else about this car will be mostly donated since he is on a strict budget,..who wouldnt be with three kids!!!.We really need some Chrome wheels and whitewalls next...

by the way,I had all four tires inflated and replaced one of the tires so that we could roll it on the trailer.The pland are to paint it Candy tangerine! The last time he did a custom paint job was in 1990!!But for his birthday he got a new gravity feed gun from guy who now owns a custom body and paint shop here locally,my friend is the one who showed this guy how to paint in the first place and now he owns a 5000 sq ft shop!! The Karma is coming back to him all at once!!Good things happen to good paople sometimes!!
