Hey everyone, I am a mechanic living in Boston. A civilian working for the Department and for a number of years I worked on there bikes. Hence the name. More funny than insulting, I hope. Much respect to the boys in blue.
I am a family guy, working out of a small garage. I am humbled and inspired by all the great work people are doing under the same restrictions.
I have a 1931 Indian 101 scout, I'm giving it the full resto. My 1955 pontiac is now running, It has an 56 engine and tranny, gm power steering box, and disc brakes up front. I also have a 1952 mercedes benz, I have visions of building it in fenderless Hi-Boy style. The last thing is an 89 sportster with a rigid tail and girder forks. I am spread thin and would be better off focusing on one project at a time. It's a sickness. It would be great to hear from other people in the area.
