My name is Mitchell de Moor and live in Dubai, U.A.E. I have always loved Hot Rods, Kustoms, Sleds, Gassers, Bikes, etc. Great to be a part of a cool forum like this. I am currently working on a 1991 Camaro that I will put in a nice fresh carburated crate motor and take it down the strip. There is not really any ol' skool iron over here but when I get back to normal ville I want something like a 1928 Ford Sedan.

I have seen what the Drags in Dubi look like. Ferraris, Ford GT40s, bugattis ect. It must be crazy watching all of those cars run.

I passed thru Dubai numerous times in the mid '90's while aboard the USS George Washington (CVN-73).

The highway between Dubai & Jebel Ali was like a racetrack between crazy Malasian taxi drivers and wealthy business men in their big black Chevy Impala SS's and Mercury Meruaders. :D
