Welcome to the HAMB, Wild Wheel. Finding metal parts, or any kind for that matter for a Mopar is not always an easy task. There are some places that have parts form parted out cars. Smoothie fabrications makes steel running boards. Some places sell glass fenders for old Mopars, but in a lot of cases it might come down to you, sheet metal and a welder.
I was lucky, my34 has a stainless steel floor in it, all other parts except the roof are original tin. There are a lot of other Mopar owners on here who can probably give you a lot of help and info on sources for parts and how-to's for fixing up your 41. There are quite a few Mopar owners in and around York and central PA, so you should be able to get some sound advice.
Unfortunately I heard that Ply-Do out of WVA (Mopar NOS Parts) went out of business this past year.
Good luck with the build, and don't forget to post some pix of your project.
