Help IDing Chassis

G'day, a couple of weeks ago I helped my Dad pick this chassis up which we were told was a 28 Dodge, but aren't sure if it is, any help IDing it will be appreciated cheers!

Looks like early chev, late twentys to early thirtys. I had a 31 chev cuope that looks exactly like it. also the rear pan where the gas tank sits under it also makes me think that.

It's different to a mid 20s & late 20s Chev chassis!

Do '31 Chevs have hydraulic brakes? because the chassis has master cylinder and lines still attached.

Chevy didn't have hydraulics until 37, Dodge in 33. I know some had it earlier, but suffer from CRS.
