Hey, My name is J.R. (not Jr.) I've been into real cars since I can remember. My first was a 27 T body and frame when I was around 4, traded it when I was 12 for a 56 f-100 that I put a buick clip and 350 in and I never stopped.
Current toys are...
Daily driver- 73 dart 4 door with 76,000 miles that I got from the original owner. It had the factory power steering belt still in good condition along with the factory Mopar stamped heater hoses. I added a set of fender skirts (try finding a set for a 73 Dart) and drive it every day.
My toy- 53 Merc pick up with a volare clip, boxed frame,C notched rear, 8 3/4 mopar rearend, 518 auto OD tranny, 360 mopar thats 40 over with a Eddy T-ram intake. This truck was my dads when I was little until he traded it to his friend who redid it about 3 times. He ended up in a nursing home and I bought the truck back a few years ago and am going to redo it in gold flake with a brown flake top and throw in a 52 Packard grill inbetween the stock headlight buckets.

Her toy- My girlfriend Nikki has a 48 Chev Fleetline/Aerosedan/fastback/whatever they wanna call it. We traded a 72 Scamp that I was doing a resto on for it. When we go it there was a 350/350 sitting ontop of a Mustang II "Hub to hub" kit. The day after it was home we yanked out the 350/350 and started to mock up the 225 slant six. This will be her daily driver to get her out of the POS 93 Mazda she is in now (also so I can avoid replacing the clutch in said POS).
Tomorrow I am picking up a 56 Caddy front bumper for it then I will one peice the frontend.
