Saw this at the labor Day Parade in Jefferson City,MO today. Maybe this is a test of the new paint scheme? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

This little RPU was there too...
(Edit) Since you children had to turn it into a political post, I blurred the signs...
Nice RPU, bad choice of political BS on it.

Looked to be original steel. I don't know about the firewall though, it looks different to me. Had some kind of SBF in it with forward exiting exhaust manifolds.

Sean, that's David Beaver from Fulton. Thats Chester Payne's old RPU. He's had it for years. Chester had it in the 60's and 70's.
BTW, the "screwed up hood" on the Henry-J is the one I had on it in the 60's. With the new tunnel ram, the hood wouldn't close. So I went up to the farm and got it, cow tracks and all. It already had a hole in it. Didn't want to cut the other one up. Besides, PATINIA is in.

Yeah, I talked to Beaver for a bit. I didn't know Payne was ever into Rods though.
