Hello all, My name is Justin, ive been lurking for a couple months after deciding to check it out when I seen it mentioned on your sister forum the jockeyjournal. Im 21 years old and ive been into cars since I was a little kid. I grew up in my Father's diesel shop with a wrench in my hand. When I turned 15 I bought my first car, A '63 nova. I drove the car for a little bit once I turned 16, an after hopping the 327 up to run a best of 12:60 it blew up and that started a whole restoration. you can see the pics below, Me and my father did everything on the car but the tranny. We replace all of the panels, the floor boards, hood, decklid, basically everything but the roof! I also build a 10point cage for the car and tied all of the suspension and the cage together with some home made frame ties. The suspension on the car is all air. It has a triangulated four bar rear and mod. front nova suspension. The motor is now a 406 sbc w/dart heads, a roller cam, srp pistons, 6" rods and lots of other goodies. Oh and I built the motor. I have Had a ball with this car and It has changed my life! This car is not your guy's style but what I am starting to build and get into is.

I am working on my dads '28 model a that he has had for ovver 20 years at the moment. (see pics) Ive boxed the frame, welded the front suspension on, made the tubular frame braces in the middle of the frame, and helped set up the rear suspension so far, as you see in the pics were are still working on it and I will keep you posted on progress.

I also have a 70 triumph bobber/chopper that I am messing with, see pictures.

My next personal project is my '27 model t that I will chop and build a chassis for, I have big plans for this car!

I have also done alot of work for friends on their cars. I do alot of welding and fabricating and have a pretty wide variety of tools available. I am starting to dobble the Idea of one day branching off of my fathers business and starting a hot rod shop out of part of the diesel shop.

Oh an another thing that I forgot to mention that kind of goes right along with this style is i do allot of pin-striping, old school style with a mac brush and one shot. Ive been doing it off and on for about a year and a half, but have been getting more serious about it lately.

I also included a picture of a good friend of mines car, its a 30 model A that I recently have been helping out with.

Thanks for looking, Im glad I can be a part of your site!
