Lots of mods, but it's still an AMF heart in it. I'll pass

AMF aren't bad. I just fill the saddle bags of my shovel with 50 wt and pump it into the oilbag. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Shit if I had that much jack, my ass would be on a plane to Huntington to pick that sickle up! That is one sick ride, chica knows how to build them. Did the AMF corp. own H-D in 1974? Fuck even if they did that motor isn't the same as the day it rolled off the AMF assembly line!!! Love the split rocker boxes.

I've wondered about splitting the rocker boxes like that. The mosty knowledgabe Harley guys I know(they're pretty smart guys) say that splitting them like that would put to much stress on the individual halves. that bike runs, but how long will the rocker boxes last before they warp or crack or something?

An engine is only as good as it's builder, and that motor has been rebuilt by the best, so it's come a long way since AMF produced it.

From talking to people and what i've read spliting the boxes really has no negative effects. And yea that motor has been rebuilt by one of the best.
