Q about 58 Imperial

Hey Guys I've got a 58 Imperial 4 door with no Drive line.
The rear qtr wheel arch on both sides below the stainless trim is missing.Q is Can you buy replacement panels?,
where they ever avalible with skirts?Does anyone on here own one?.
