Modifieds/Sprint Cars from San Diego & LA

I'm looking for photos from the "Modified Sportsman" days in San Diego at Balboa Stadium AND Cajon Speedway.
Bob Hardee was the track photographer and I understand there are others.

There was another association in Arizona. Panelli Jones is the most famous graduate of these cars that were sprint cars with cages and coupe or t-bucket bodies.

Help me out here...my dad is in a bad way and we attended these races from '59 through '68. I'd like to find some photos/or 8mm film that would fire up some memories.

Mike Bell of Atlana GA did a very good story on Balboa many years ago in Stock Car Racing Mag. The Vintage Oval Track Mag also had a article in the past about Balboa mostly the jalopy cars. Also 2 good threads on the hamb one is vintage modifieds by john56 and the other on sprint cars 59 and earlier almost 1800 post on that one. Do you have any Hot Rods or customs?? Welcome quite a few circle track vets on the HAMB hang around.... Bobby..
