Where can I have a generator done into an alternator ?

It's a TACH DRIVE generator .... can it be made into an alternator ..? help !

That would be a new one on me. I guess anything is possible if you have the smarts or the money to pay someone who does. I can tell you that it will be easier to adapt a tach deive to an alternator than make a genny into one.
