Just bought a 59AB flathead and it has a HC model 8R101 serial # 1964. Anyone have any info on this. I'v never had anything to do with the ignition system other than the stock dist. so any info will be helpful. Also any idea as to a value if I decide to sell it.

If they are set up properly, they run great for years without having to touch them. been there and done that.
