Hello everyone. I'm relatively new to the H.A.M.B., and thought it high time I introduced myself. I've been doing car restorations as a hobby for close to 20 years now. I do all my own work, so I hope I can help to contribute to the already vast knowledge base that is this forum.
My current project is a 4-door '59 Ford Ranch Wagon. I'm trying to do something a few degrees different with this build- sort of a combination of traditional meets street / strip. I pretty much have the rolling chassis complete, and now find it time to turn my attention to the body work. Quick specs are as follows: Chassis lowered 8", Body channeled 3" (puts it on the ground), air ride equipped, parallel 4-link rear, 4 wheel disc brakes, Ford 9" w/ Detroit TrueTrac, well built 472 BBF / C6 transmission, custom made 2 1/4" primary headers to 4" collectors, and much, much more. Thanks- and I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Hey welcome! I saw your car a long time ago over at Ol Skool Rodz website and always wondered if you were still working on it.

Thanks everyone. I'm still working on the '59. I just opened my own business, so progress has slowed, but not stopped. Diverted funds- I know you understand. I hope to get back up to step just as soon as possible. I appreciate the welcome...

Have followed some of your tech advise on the other site. Seems like you're one who knows your shit. Welcome to the H.A.M.B. Just remember, sometimes you got to be a little thick skinned here, about some of the replies to your posts.;)

Thanks much. I know there are a lot of folks on this forum who really know there stuff. Sometimes there are multiple ways to go about something, and opinions differ on what the best method is. I really enjoy trying to contribute where I can, and hope I can do so on this forum. ;)

That is so very cool! Welcome to the forum. I do hope you start a build thread, looks like some very innovative ideas on a not too often seen body. Looks great, keep it up!
