Howdy from Jonestown, Tx.
This is my first ever post anywhere and hope I'm doing it right.
I've owned my 33'Ford PU for over 26 years and inherited it from my father who owned it for 10 years, he purchased it from a neighbor in San Diego who owned it for a long time before that. I'm retired and thought I would have time to get the truck back on the road but time seem to be evaporating and taken up with other things.

I've come to the realization, I'm sort of slow on the uptake, that I will not be able to do everything to my truck that I want to and must get help from others. Need to find shops and folks that can do body work, engines, frame, suspension, brakes, air conditioning and electrical. If all goes well I'm hoping to be on the road in about one year.

Take Care,
Bob aka Pop's 33

Welcome to the HAMB, Bob!! 33 Ford pickup, sounds like a neat ride. My father in law just traded his 34 Ford PU for a Big Dog chopper with a S&S engine. Then traded the chopper for 31 Ford loboy roadster. I really like the PU but it was a real tight fit for us big boys. Roadster isn't much better.

Let's see some pictures of you ride and don't forget the progress reports.

Hey Bob~
Greg G. here in Austin. I would definitely suggest the Austin Speed Shop at 1414 S. Lamar in Austin, Texas. They are reputable and have only true traditionalist working there. They are qualified across the board. John Joyo is the guy to talk to for info and other resources. He keeps his thumb on the pulse.

The phone number is (512)693-7277
