getting everything together to get ready for the rebuild. having a little trouble finding an intake. theres one in a car not an hour from me but the guy doesn't return calls and is never there because he's tired of being in the junk car business or something. i told his partner to tell him i'd pull it and everything just give me a price and i'll take care of everything still to no avail. so i figured i'd put out a feeler here...ken....

Sorry to say if I find one I'll be using it, same thing if I find a B262.... I've been looking for quite some time but am not willing to pay $300 for one, but that's what I've seen them going for...

You guys lookin for a 1 x 4bbl or 2 x 4bbl?
I can get some 1 x 4bbl factory intakes if you need them!
One four but it needs to be a Quadrajet manifold. Easy way to tell is two of the holes are significantly bigger than the others. Though if you have an Edelbrock B262 or a factory 2x4 we can deal. Just for reference here is a Quadrajet manifold.
so did you win the one on eBay or not?

yup. could have come at a worse time as i'm going to have my wisdom teeth pulled in the next few days but i couldn't pass it up. hell i've spent more at the dentist oral surgeon's office and drug store in the last 2 days than i won it for and i haven't had anything done yet. my ins. should reimburse most of it but it's rebuild money i'm spending until then and that sucks. looks like some shit needs to go up for sale. the plymouth may have seen it's last days with me. i'm just happy i got it for under 200...ken....
