I am wondering if there is a decent place to get new front and rear bumpers for a 1951 Chevy car? Mine are thrashed and beyond saving. I have seen them at certain swap meets but have always passed them over, any info would be great, thanks a lot!

Try Classic chrome in Gilroy Ca.
Don't know the number but that should get you in the ball park.

No luck finding it. Tried the yellow pages online and called information, even did a search online. I live near Gilroy, but no luck. Thanks for the tip, I'll keep searching...

I have a buddy of mine in Stockton Ca that made his own out of a bunch of pieces from other grilles turned out nice all he had to do was pay for new chrome

There is a group that comes up here for a couple of the big swap meets but they are from So Cal - Bumper Boyz. Dont know much about them but they are always at 2-3 of the big swap meets around this area. Seems like a longs ways to sell bumpers.

NO, NO, NO, NO.
Run a search for Bumper Boyz and see all the scam stories.
