Avid car guy but new to rods. Restored my girlfriends 57 Stude Silverhawk and slowly getting sucked into the culture by mutual interest in creating moving sculptures, albeit with a twist that seems to make rodding fun. Been racing for over 12 years, so ultimately would like to go to Bonneville and build a race focused car,never know. Finishing 2 Alfa's now and hoping to use them to practice fab skills, which are non existent at this point, before attempting to take on something truly crazy. Or I can lurk around and just appreciate real rodders.....yea right. Thanks for the forum, I see may hours wasted here in my future.
