Break in the cam first i assume you know how to do that right? run the engine at @2500 RPM for a good 15-25 minutes checking your oil pressure and water temp throughout the process....after that test drive the car, again keep an eye on oil pressure and water temp check engine for leaks keep the RPM under 4000 just cruise it nicely after 500 miles do an oil change filter and oil..after that...You can throttle it BALLS TO THE WALLS!!!!!!!!! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

what engine is this, sir? I dont think its that 348 any time soon hahahaha, you comin to the game tonight? Im bringing the bike out and gonna try to get carl to bring his, maybe well rip up the field, huh. You dont get to drive though, for obvious reasons, hahahahahahaha. Maybe your "Holy" bicycle can make it out there? Theres an "e" at the end of enginE, pal. You dont have to even break in an SBC, they are the tried and true mechanical wonders of the world, keep it under 7000 for the first 50 miles, otherwise youll have a puddle of less-than-greatness in the pan
