Rules / Tech?

I was wondering if there was a rules and tech document for the drags? Seems like I saw it somewhere at one point.....

I'm thinking about taking my coupe, but don't want to get there to find out it won't pass. I think it's safe enough, but not sure about things like a roll bar and clutch scattershield, etc...
